Mira knows firsthand how much women in creative fields are judged—not just for their work but for their looks and behavior. She talks about the scrutiny she’s faced and the pressure to “fit in” to certain expectations. But instead of changing herself, she’s leaned into her style and presence, confidently walking into every room.“The pressure for women to look or act a certain way can be exhausting,” she shares.
“But I’ve realized that creating my own space, where I can be exactly who I am, is the most freeing thing I’ve done.”
