This edition is part of our ongoing 101 Art Book series, a project created to celebrate artists and give them a space to shine. Each edition explores a different theme, and this time, we dove into the world of abstract art.
About the Abstract Edition
The Abstract Edition invites artists to move beyond traditional subjects and forms and to express themselves through shapes, colors, movement, and texture. It celebrates the freedom and experimentation that abstract art makes possible, from bold and vibrant pieces to quiet and thoughtful compositions.
This edition brings together over 100 artists from around the world, each offering their own take on abstract expression. Together, they’ve created a stunning and dynamic visual experience that reflects the full range of this genre.
What Is the 101 Art Book Project?
The 101 Art Book series is a curated collection of art books that each focus on a specific theme, such as animals, landscapes, portraits, mixed media, and now, abstract art.
Each book features 101 selected artists, offering a rich and inspiring look into the creative possibilities of that theme. This series gives emerging and established artists a global platform to showcase their work, tell their stories, and connect with fellow creatives, collectors, and art lovers.
With every edition, our goal remains the same: to celebrate creativity, community, and the power of art.

We’re honored to feature cover art by Julia Valtanen, a talented abstract artist known for her expressive use of color, shape, and movement. Julia’s work beautifully captures the spirit of this edition, bold, curious, and emotionally layered.
