Who Can Apply?
All women artists are encouraged to apply who:
- Are 18+.
- Are female.
- Have at least a year’s steady art background.
- Professionalize as emerging, mid-career, or established artists.
Open to all media:
Painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, installation, fiber and textile, digital, metal, woodworking, glass, performance, mixed media, and more.
No limitations on style, subject matter, or theme. You can submit whatever work is truly reflective of yourself.
How to Submit Your Work
The submission process is simple and designed to be easy for artists everywhere.
Step 1: Reserve Your Place
Start by paying for the submission. For Art and Woman 2025, you can submit 3 pieces of art for $35.
Step 2: Complete the Submission Form
Once you have paid, you will be taken to a detailed form. There you will upload your paintings, enter your personal information, and complete a few lines saying something about yourself and your artistic background. You will also be provided with the form link via email, so you can fill it up later if necessary.
Step 3: Double-Check and Submit
Double-check that you fill out all required details carefully. Completed applications only will be reviewed by the jury.
Optional Add-On
To provide yourself with extra exposure, you also have the choice to do a Virtual Studio Visit Interview, which is $22 (non-refundable, and marked if done).
What Happens After You Submit
When you submit your work, the jury will thoroughly go through all submissions.
Remember: acceptance is no guarantee of selection, since this is a juried exhibition.
If your work is chosen, you will:
- Be contacted by email.
- Have your own artist profile and artwork included in the book.
