It was this belief that gave birth to The Woman Artist Award a global contemporary art prize that, in just three years, has become a beacon of empowerment, opportunity, and representation for women in the arts. Today, it stands as one of the most inspiring initiatives dedicated to celebrating women artists and amplifying their presence in the international contemporary art world.

And now, we are beyond excited to share that The Woman Artist Award is back with its highly anticipated Fifth Edition! Submissions are officially OPEN, and we are once again calling on women artists everywhere to bring their boldest, most authentic work to the table.

What is The Woman Artist Award?

The Woman Artist Award is a prestigious global contemporary art prize presented by Arts To Hearts Project, created to celebrate, recognize, and support women artists worldwide. Launched in 2023, the Award has quickly grown into a trusted platform for emerging and mid-career artists, helping them gain visibility, connect with industry professionals, and advance their careers.

In its first four editions, the Award has published the work of over 200 women artists in the acclaimed Women Artists On The Rise book series, distributed internationally through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. It has also distributed over USD 10,000 in cash prizes, mentorship opportunities, and resources, making a direct investment in the growth of women artists and their creative practices.

But the Woman Artist Award is more than just a prize it is a movement to amplify women’s voices in the art world. Each edition offers winners not only financial support but also international exposure through publications, interviews, and features, along with mentorship from leading art professionals and inclusion in a global network of women artists.

The Woman Artist Award – Fifth Edition brings you an open theme, inviting women artists from every corner of the world to submit work in any subject, style, or medium. Whether your art lives on a canvas, takes form as a sculpture, captures a moment through photography, unfolds as performance or installation, or explores new digital frontiers this is your space to share it. At Arts to Hearts Project, inclusivity is at our core we’re here to celebrate unique voices, honour diverse perspectives, and give women artists at every stage of their journey a platform to shine.

What Winners Receive

The Woman Artist Award goes beyond recognition it’s designed to give your art career a real boost. Our First Winner receives a US $1000 cash prize, a beautifully engraved glass trophy with a certificate, a full interview feature in our premium coffee table book, a spotlight interview on our website shared with over 125,000 art lovers, a year-long portfolio feature on the Women in Arts Network, and a one-year subscription to Arts to Hearts Print + Digital Magazine. The 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up also receive a trophy and certificate, interviews featured on our website and Instagram, portfolio features on the Women in Arts Network (one year for the 1st Runner-Up, six months for the 2nd), and a one-year subscription to our magazine.

How to Submit Your Work

• Click the submission link to begin.

• Sign up with your details to save progress, revisit your application, and track your submission status.
• Submit high-quality images of your artwork along with your artist statement and details.
• Complete the $12 fee per artwork to confirm your entry.
• Optional Add-Ons : If you want to include extras, like an interview feature, select them before submitting.
• Review everything and hit submit

Note: Your work will be evaluated by an independent jury of curators and art professionals based on creativity, originality, and how well it reflects your creativity.
