How To Submit Your Application

To apply, you will simply pay a small, non-refundable application fee of $12 that will offset the costs of creating and disseminating the project. From there, you will be taken straight to a complete form where you will upload your information, include your artwork images, and supply information about your creative environment and process.
Chosen artists will be charged $97 for booking fees, which cover a deluxe artist’s edition of the completed book for $250 and help with international distribution work to galleries and curators. It’s an open method of making a major forward step in your career as a professional artist, without confusing hurdles or hidden charges.
The submission deadline is May 25th, 2025, so make sure to have your application and form in on time. Selected artists will be celebrated on Arts to Hearts Project’s platforms, not only with inclusion in a beautiful book but with a colorful platform to showcase their work.
