Announcing the 101 Selected Artists for our 101 Art Book: Collage Edition

“Because sometimes, art is not about starting fresh, it’s about starting again, with what remains.”
Collage has always been more than just a technique. It’s a way of seeing of slowing down enough to notice what’s been overlooked and giving it new life. Every scrap of paper, every torn edge, every layer brushed over an old photograph holds a piece of someone’s story. In collage, nothing is wasted. Everything finds its place. It’s about gathering what’s been broken, misplaced, or forgotten and creating beauty in the process of putting it back together again.
When we opened the international call for the Collage Edition of the 101 Art Book, we wanted to invite artists to explore that very space the space where imagination meets imperfection, and where making art feels a lot like healing. We asked artists to show us what it means to build something meaningful from fragments, to turn chaos into poetry, to find magic in the ordinary.
We were humbled by the response we received. Hundreds of artists from all around the world shared their stories through collage each work layered with emotion, texture, and honesty. Some stitched together memories. Others pieced together moments of love, loss, joy, or wonder. What came through in every submission was a heartbeat — that quiet, powerful belief that even when things fall apart, we can still make something beautiful from what’s left.
About the 101 Art Book Project
Launched in 2023 by the Arts to Hearts Project, the 101 Art Book began as a dream, a way to bring artists together from across the world and celebrate their stories in a form that lasts. What started as an experiment has now grown into a beloved series, one that artists look forward to joining. Each book focuses on a new theme from Animals and Landscapes to Portraits, Floral, and more featuring 101 artists, each with a unique voice and vision.
Now, as we reach our 7th edition, the project has grown beyond what we ever imagined. It’s no longer just about making beautiful art books; it’s about building a global creative community. It’s about connection, recognition, and belonging. It’s about giving artists whether emerging or established a place to be seen, remembered, and celebrated.
To date, more than 700 artists have been featured across our editions, each leaving their own mark on this ongoing story of creativity, courage, and collaboration.
The Selection Process
As we reviewed the submissions, our curatorial team found themselves deeply moved by the stories behind the artworks. We read statements filled with vulnerability and strength, with reflection and hope. Some artists shared how collage helped them process grief or rediscover joy. Others spoke of identity, memory, and belonging of finding comfort in the act of creating with their hands.
We weren’t just looking at images; we were witnessing moments of truth.
Selecting the final 101 artists was one of the hardest and most heartfelt parts of this journey. Every submission carried something special. Some pieces were loud and full of colour, others quiet and poetic. Some were digital, some were made with paper, fabric, or found materials. Each one spoke its own language. What connected them all was honesty, the kind that doesn’t aim to impress, but to express.
Meet the 101 Artists
We’re beyond proud to introduce the 101 artists whose work will be featured in the 101 Art Book: Collage Edition. Each artist brings a story, a vision, and a heartbeat to this collective body of work.

Together, their creations form a living mosaic, a collection of pieces that speak to the beauty of imperfection, the power of imagination, and the infinite ways we can piece ourselves — and our world back together.
With Gratitude and Love
To every artist who submitted to this open call thank you. Your work was seen, and it truly mattered. Even if your piece isn’t featured in this edition, your voice shaped it. You reminded us that art isn’t just about what’s chosen, printed, or displayed it’s about the courage to share what’s personal and true.
Every submission carried its own kind of magic, and we’re deeply grateful for that.
To the 101 artists we’re celebrating Congratulations. Your work moved us in ways that words can’t capture. You’ve shown us the true spirit of collage the courage to rebuild, layer by layer, and to find meaning in the process. You reminded us that creation is not about perfection, but about being real about feeling deeply and daring to begin again.
And to our readers, collectors, and community thank you for continuing to believe in this journey. With each edition, you help us uplift more artists and bring more art into the world art that’s meant not just to be seen, but to be felt.
Here’s to What Awaits
The Collage Edition is now moving into production, and we couldn’t be more excited. The pages are being designed with care to reflect the same layered beauty that defines the artworks within.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses, sneak peeks, and stories from our featured artists as we prepare for the official launch.
It’s not just a book to look at, but one to feel, a reminder that creativity isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about finding meaning in the mess, and magic in the making.
Because in the end, that’s what collage and art itself really is:
A way of saying, I was here. I made something from what I had. And it mattered.
